Event Details
What: Our community celebration dinner will be a casual, family-friendly affair held at Sacajawea.
When: April 19th, from 5pm - 7pm.
Who: Our entire Sacajawea community. All families and staff are welcome.
Cost: Free. The dinner and dessert is sponsored by the PTA. There will be a Plinko game and Punch Cup game that you can pay to play.

Join us for an evening of warmth and community at our family-friendly gathering. Enjoy a complimentary dinner and dessert sponsored by the PTA. We encourage families to mingle, connect, share stories and foster bonds that will last beyond the event.
Dinner will be a served buffet from a variety of cuisines with a primary focus on food from Asia. There will be vegetarian and gluten-free options as a part of the meal.
Punch Cup games are returning as a pay to play game and we are also introducing a new game, Plinko, as a pay to play game.
Online Auction
The auction portion of this event will be run online via our site on Auctria. There, you can register for an account to bid on items before and during the event.
Our auction begins Sunday April 14th and ends the evening of our community dinner at 6:30pm on Friday April 19th. Some items will be available to take home after the community dinner. Pickup can be arranged for all other items by contacting jessi@sacpta.org.

Silent Auction Donations: Please contact jessi@sacpta.org if you have a vacation rental, season tickets, handcrafted items, or something else in mind you would like to donate to our auction!
Parent Parties: "Donating a Party" is a fun way to build community and make lasting memories while supporting our school. The idea is that you choose an activity/theme (e.g. Dinner Party, Cocktails, Mom's Night In, Boardgame Fun, Poker Night, Yoga, Pool Party) and offer to host (or co-host) by coordinating the space/supplies. During the school's silent auction on April 19 others can choose to "buy" an invitation by donating an amount of their choosing to the school. These parties can be big or small, low-key or elaborate as you wish. They can be grade-specific, or open to the entire school.

Are kids welcome at this event?
Yes, this is a community event that will be held at school. The whole family is welcome!
Where will we be eating?
The buffet line and tables will be set up in the cafeteria. For families that prefer to eat outdoors, we’ll have a few tables set up on the upper playground.
